Timeless elegance is the phrase that comes to mind when thinking of Sue & Erik’s wedding on February 16th 2008. From her grandmother’s snowflake broach pinned to her dress, to the silver candlesticks on every table at the Stanley Park Pavilion, every last detail was absolutely exquisite. This statuesque couple was a photographer’s dream…they looked so good together and Sue has one of the most beautiful profiles I have ever seen. I have to say that this first shot is probably one of my all-time favorite portraits. Even though we were running a wee bit late, we just had to pull over and take advantage of the gorgeous pinks and purples that only happen on the crisp days this time of year. I’m so glad we did!

Wow Jenn that sky is unreal. I’m glad you stopped. It’s too easy to pass up those moments sometimes but it’s always worth it. I hope you’re well, Kate.

Jennifer, you have captured all the beauty and romance – plus some of the casual good humour of this handsome couple and their friends. It was a wonderful and my wife & I are so glad you were there to record it so well.
